All payments made for listings on StayMyDay.com are transacted directly between the user and the provider (e.g. host, service provider). StayMyDay.com does not collect, process, or hold any funds, and is therefore not responsible for issuing refunds.

Refund Conditions:

• Refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund policies set by each provider.

• Users must communicate directly with the provider to request a refund or resolve payment-related issues.

• StayMyDay.com recommends that both parties clearly understand and agree to the cancellation terms before confirming any booking.

Disputes: StayMyDay.com does not mediate financial disputes. We encourage open and respectful communication between users and providers to resolve any concerns.
